High Performance Training
Our team training program is an excellent team building event that utilizes various conditioning exercise to ensure the athletes can keep their gains from the off-season and stay at the top of their game throughout the course of the season. Team training sessions are 60 minutes in duration and focus on muilt-joint stability exercises, flexibility, total body strength, speed and agility, endurance, core and power. Sessions are available during the following times throughout Fall, Winter and Spring:
Access to our in-season injury prevention methods
VIP access to our medical clinic. Athletes will be seen within 24 hrs of injury.
Nutritional coaching upon request
Yoga and boxing sessions upon request.
Training session options are Monday - Friday 6:45pm or 8:00pm and Saturdays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Semi-Private Training offers all the same benefits as Personal Training, but instead of working alongside just the trainer you will be grouped accordingly. Our model is a 4:1 athlete to trainer ratio to ensure quality and to provide motivation to the client. Athletes tend to work harder and stay motivated when training alongside like-minded individuals that share the same passion. The program focuses on mobility, speed & agility, strength, core and explosive power training.
